Fathers Say Their Sons Were Drugged and Mistreated at a Utah Treatment Center

In late 2017, Lucas Flitton sent his 16-year-old son to a residential treatment center in rural Utah, hoping that the facility would help the teen overcome his struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts.

Instead, Flitton says, his son spent his days locked in solitary confinement, heavily medicated and subject to physical abuse at the hands of staff at the facility, known as the Anasazi Foundation.
