Whatever the time, you can access by phone or video consultation a midwife or health visitor.
They are there to offer personalized advice and support on the health of:
– mother and baby during pregnancy,
– mother after birth,
– father or co-parent,
– children from 0 to 6 years old
Do not hesitate to call, even for small worries!
How does it work?
If you have a question about your pregnancy, your child’s health, breastfeeding, after-birth recovery or parenting, do not hesitate to call!
The health professional will listen to you, answer your questions and provide you with personalized advice and support.
If necessary, the health professional may refer you to another professional or prescribe a treatment or examination.
Who can benefit from it?
This service is available to:
– pregnant women,
– mothers after birth,
– fathers or co-parents,
– children from 0 to 6 years old and their parents
When to use it?
You can contact us:
– during pregnancy and up to 12 weeks after birth,
– from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm,
– on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm
How to use it?
– By phone on 0 800 800 444 (toll-free number)
– By video consultation: you need to have a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam and an internet connection.
To benefit from a video consultation:

– Click on “Book an appointment”
– Choose your reason for consultation.
– Choose a midwife or health visitor.
– Choose the date and time of your appointment.
– Fill in the requested information.
– Confirm your appointment.
– 15 minutes before your appointment, you will receive an SMS and an email with a link to the video consultation.

This service is free of charge.
